Once you choose your booking option and complete your booking, the company will call you within 1 business day to schedule your class based on your availability. | Please be advised that there will be a transportation fee of AED 100 for bookings that end between 10 pm to 5 am as our drivers would not be available at this time.

Background Information
Twinkle promotes the independence of elderly clients while assisting them with activities of daily living.

Each Elderly Care Plan is tailored to the individual. Twinkle caregivers and nurses can assist with senior home health care services from end to end.

Eldercare services include:
•Bathing and showering
•Dressing and grooming while maintaining dignity, respect and safety
•Mobility
•Medication reminders
•Health management and maintenance
•Escorting the elderly to and from their medical appointments
•Companionship

Cancellation Policy
With regards to cancellation, since we require payment upfront we only accept rescheduling.
If advice is received within 12hrs, you will have the full amount but less than 12 hrs, you lose 50% of the paid booking and will be billed the balance and payment should be received before deployment.
