Asha Kanoujiya is the Lead BCBA. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, who has completed her MSc. in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from the University of South Wales in the U.K.
Asha has 9 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, and has accomplished her expertise in early intervention. She has extensive training and experience in conducting and developing programs for children on the Autism spectrum, and other related developmental disorders.
Asha’s skills extend from carrying out comprehensive assessments, creating a structured treatment plan, implementation and supervision of ABA therapy. Some of the assessment tools are VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS.
In addition, Asha has experience providing supervision and training in different environments (such as, center, home, community and school), and to different stakeholders (Parents, Caregivers, Teachers, Learning Support Assistance, Case Managers and therapist (RBT, BCaBA’s and BCBA candidates).
At Hayati Health Center our therapy approach is based on the science of learning and learned behavior. Our ABA services adopt evidence-based practices backed by a wealth of research that proves it to be the most effective approach of therapy. ABA sessions are based on basic principles of behavior that help teach children important developmental skills while reinforcing appropriate and necessary behaviors, and thereby reducing and replacing maladaptive behaviors. Our therapy techniques focus on elevating the child’s motivation to learn and acquire new skills.
Upon assigning the appointment for your child’s therapy as per his/her needs, HHC front office staff will email weekly appointments schedule for your reference.
* Parents are responsible to reach the appointment on time, in the event of late arrival, the session will still end at its pre-set time and the session will still be fully charged
* In the event that HHC could not provide the session at its scheduled time, then a make-up session or a compensation of the missed time will be provided
In case of emergencies and if Parents need to reschedule a session, Parents shall notify HHC by giving a 24-hour prior written notice. In case the schedule of the therapists allows for rescheduling then HHC will reschedule the session as soon as possible and within the same month. If rescheduling was not possible then the
money will be reconciled from the next payment cycle as outstanding balance on condition of early cancelation.
