Daily schedule
10:00 – 11:00 | Warm-up and physical training
A set of exercises using rhythmic gymnastics equipment, elastic bands, weights and other equipment.
Beginner level: foot and arm positions, body position. Learning basic flexibility and stretching exercises. Learning gymnastics elements. Easy exercises with objects (ball, jump rope, hoop) to develop coordination.
11:00 – 11:45 | Acrobatic combinations on the diagonal, battements, jump-offs.
Beginner level: Acrobatics, battements, elements. Teaching basic jumps, turns and balances.
11:45 – 12:05 | Break
12:05 – 13:20 | Working with objects, setting up exercises. Working with music
Beginner level: Basics of ball, hoop, skipping rope handling. Coordination development. Creating programs. Working with musical accompaniment.
13:20 – 13:45 | Strength and physical training
Loading with weights, stuffed balls.
Beginner level: Light exercises with your own weight, developing coordination and balance, forming correct posture.
13:45 – 14:00 | Dance block for artistry
The final part of the training, aimed at developing expressiveness and artistry.
Beginner level: Basics of dance movements, smooth transitions, mastering working with music
Competitive Level
Daily schedule
📍10:00 - 11:00 | Warm-up and physical training
A set of exercises using rhythmic gymnastics apparatus, rubber bands, weights and other equipment.
Competition level: Intensive dynamic warm-up, work on complex elements for flexibility, endurance exercises and technique of possession of objects.
📍11:00 - 11:45 | Acrobatic bunches on the diagonal, batmans, jumping.
Competitive level: In-depth work on complex jumps, acrobatic elements.
📍11:45 - 12:05 | Break.
📍12:05 - 13:20 | Work with objects, setting exercises. Work with music
Competitive level: Intensive preparation of competitive exercises, practicing ligaments, artistic expression and work with music.
📍13:20 - 13:45 | Strength and physical training
Exercise with weights, stuffed balls.
Competitive level: Intensive training emphasizing strength, endurance, explosive power and developing stability in the execution of elements.
📍13:45 - 14:00 | Dance block on artistry
The final part of the training aimed at developing expressiveness and artistry.
Competitive level: practicing choreographic compositions, working on artistry and expression of emotions in performances.
Advanced level

Advanced level: Professional warm-up, flexibility and stretching exercises, strengthening the back muscles, working on new Elements, both with and without objects.

Advanced level: Working on complex acrobatic combinations, rotations, balance elements and jumps.
📍11:45 – 12:05 | Break
📍12:05 – 13:20 | Working with objects, setting up exercises. Working with music
Advanced level: Practicing combinations with objects, composing and complicating programs, working on the speed of the exercise. Complicating existing programs.
📍13:20 – 13:45 | Strength and physical training
Loading with weights, stuffed balls.
Advanced level: Strength exercises with rubber bands, endurance exercises and strengthening muscles to perform complex elements.
📍13:45 – 14:00 | Dance block for artistry

Can my kid have trial session
H there, we don't have trial sessions for camp unfortunately. However, you are welcome to come and experience for 1 day class and decide if you'd like to purchase the full camp.
