After you book, Hannah will call you to schedule the sessions based on your availability. Each session is 45 minutes long.|After the initial evaluation, an individually tailored treatment plan is established to achieve the appropriate goals. | Initial Consultation is a prerequisite to benefit from other services listed. | Invoices can be provided for insurance claims, which will depend on your coverage-pay and claim basis.
Hannah is a UK Chartered Physiotherapist who qualified with a B.Sc. Physiotherapy from Manchester University in 2002.
Following 2 years in the National Health Service, she joined the British Army and served as a Military Physiotherapist for 10 years providing Physiotherapy in both peace and conflict environments around the world. From her time spent in the military, Hannah has significant experience in the management and rehabilitation of sports and trauma related injuries and spent 2 years working with amputees and complex trauma of the lower limb. Hannah has provided physiotherapy cover for men and women’s rugby and Scottish youth gymnastics and in 2013, she completed a Master of Science in Sport and Exercise Medicine at Cardiff Metropolitan University in the UK.
Following the birth of her first two children, and recognizing the impact of pregnancy and childbirth on the female body, Hannah undertook further training in the field of Women’s health and pursues a special interest in working with pre-and post-natal women experiencing pain, pelvic and sexual issues whose goal it is to return to exercise or participate in competitive sport again.

While her three young children keep her busy, Hannah is passionate about Health. In particular, she enjoys running and has completed the London and Limassol Marathons. Hannah is an enthusiastic Pilates attendee and would like to get into lifting weights as her next goal.
