Background Information
Tijana Markovic started her music education at early age and finished primary music school ”Stanislav Binicki”, secondary school “Mokranjac” and is a graduate of Faculty of Arts, University of Pristina, where she received her Bachelor degree (graduated music artist - Pianist) under the mentorship of Professor Marija Gluvakov Medenica.
During her studies she performed in numerous concerts and participated in school competitions in her hometown of Belgrade and was also a part of University’s chamber choir in Kosovska Mitrovica.
After her education she started volunteering in National Theatre in Belgrade as accompanist in Opera studio where she developed love for the Opera.
Tijana worked as a Piano Teacher in a primary music school for 2 years with students between the age of 6 to 13 where she received great experience and developed great relationships with her students and love towards teaching.
She is very excited and optimistic towards beginning of her new teaching journey in Dubai at MJ Strings Music Studio.
