A professional male swimming instructor will come to the preferred place and teach the participant step-by-step the right techniques until they feel comfortable swimming without any guidance. The schedule will be designed and customized according to the individual's needs and learning speed. From simple swimming techniques to floating, front stroke, backstroke, basic dive techniques, underwater swimming, or water safety skills - everything can be taught.
Each session takes 45 minutes and is conducted one-on-one, so the participant gets the instructor's complete attention.
Water is an ideal environment for exercise and rehabilitation due to its constant temperature, buoyancy, density, pressure, and resistance. It helps to reduce body weight, relax the muscles, and decrease stress.
When engaging in specific well-directed water activities, improvements can be seen in the following domains (to name just a few):
Motor function (including strength, coordination, balance and endurance)
Aquatic skills and water safety
