All our classes are taught by Mrs. Namrata Nanda. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Registered Exercise Professional (REP) and certified Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher, with 18+ Years of Yoga Teaching Experience and practicing yoga for last 38 years. She has taught yoga in Schools, Corporates, Social associations and in a Gym
The pre/post-natal yoga sessions are held for empowering pregnancy, birthing and motherhood with yoga.

To take precautions during the current times, the sessions will be held online only via Zoom meetings and participants will receive meeting invites and details via WhatsApp or email.
All you need for our yoga class is:
- Yoga Mat
- A laptop (having a camera and mic) and
- A positive attitude to learn and enjoy
