Background Information
Neha is a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology, and over 7 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families by promoting meaningful skill development, emotional wellbeing, and improved quality of life.
Neha works with children and adolescents aged 2–18 years who may present with a range of developmental, neurological, and emotional challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, behavioral challenges, developmental delays, intellectual disabilities, and related needs. She has supported multiple families across Dubai, helping children build communication, social, emotional, and adaptive skills while empowering parents and caregivers throughout the process.
Neha follows a trauma-informed and individualized approach, recognizing that every child is unique. She conducts comprehensive assessments, develops personalized treatment plans, and provides one-to-one therapy sessions within the home setting. Her approach focuses on creating supportive, nurturing environments where children feel safe, motivated, and empowered to learn and grow.
In addition to direct therapy, Neha provides parent and caregiver coaching, ensuring strategies are consistently implemented across daily routines. She also offers school support services, collaborating closely with teachers, learning support assistants, and multidisciplinary professionals to promote a holistic and consistent approach to the child’s development. This includes training learning support assistants (LSAs) and supporting school-based intervention plans.

•Comprehensive assessment to evaluate strengths, needs, and developmental goals
•Individualized treatment plan tailored to your child and family
•1:1 therapy sessions delivered in the home setting
•Parent and caregiver coaching and guidance
•School collaboration and support
•Learning Support Assistant (LSA) training
Progress review meetings are conducted every three months to monitor progress, review goals, and adjust intervention plans as needed.
Flexible therapy packages are available, allowing families to choose options that best suit their child’s needs and schedule.
Timings:
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Services Details:
Initial Consultation
Duration: 30 mins
Meeting parents, answering questions, understanding child’s needs and behaviors, understanding previous medical history, diagnosis etc.
Initial assessment with report and 1 hour parent meeting
Assessment: 3-4 days
A comprehensive assessment will be conducted along with a report including results, observations and intervention plan. The plan is then discussed with parents/caregivers through the parent/caregiver meeting.
Parent/ Caregiver Training
Duration: 1 hour
Parent training offered to parents/caregivers to implement behavior management strategies with child and strategies are given to foster parent mental well-being.
School visit/ Behavior Management
Duration: 1 hour
Therapist can visit schools to observe child in classroom setting, consult with teachers, train staff and teachers and implement behavior management strategies for student success.
Cancellation Policy
- If a client/professional requires a cancellation of session, they must inform the therapist/ client 24-hours in advance
- Any cancellations of therapy sessions will be made up before payment of the next therapy package.
