The participant must bring ballet shoes (Demi shoes). Once you choose your booking option and complete your booking, the company will call you within 1 business day to schedule your class based on your availability.
Background Information
What is included in the ballet lesson:
1. Slow warming up of the whole body with classical music on the floor (parterre gymnastics, relevé, stretching), Liza always shares a good mood, and also give recommendations for the development of individual ballet skills (exercises on balls, blocks for yoga, elastic bands and others)

2. Exercises at the barre with a detailed analysis of the exercise technique of each until the student fully understands
2. Exercises in the middle (the same as at the barre and + (depending on the level of training of the student), Liza gives individual recommendations for adjusting the balance in different poses and when performing exercises
3. Learning different types of turns and jumps that are of interest for the student or the most popular
4. Analysis of mistakes and recommendations for exercises until the next grade
5. Homework (maximum 15-20 minutes) Yes, this is an intensive program, but this is the only way to achieve progress. Surely without work, there will be no result.
