Background Information
Josh began playing tennis when he was 8 years old. He started casually and socially but started to enjoy competition and by 12 years old he was competing in Junior Division for TSA (Tennis South Africa). At 16 he was traveling and competing nationally until he injured his knee and lost the competitive nature. After school and university he decided to get into coaching and that is when he received his ITF level 1 coach qualification which enabled him to work as a tennis coach around the world.
