Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation charge if the cancellation is more than 24 hours.
• A charge of 50% for that day if cancellation is within 12-24 hours of the scheduled service starting time.
• A charge of 75% of the booking cost or AED 250, whichever is less for that day will be incurred if cancellation is within 6-12 hours.
• 100% of the booking charge will incur for that day if cancellation is with less than 6 hours' notice
