What You Need To Know
Term 3 starts on 17th April 2022. Please see the full details of the timings and the locations below.

Background Information

• The first day of term is Sunday April 17th.
• There will be no Yoga for parents this Sunday April 17 - this will restart Sunday April 24th - but running club and inner fight will be on.
• Advance warning: there will be no indoor cycling on Monday May 16th and Monday May 23 as @coach Louise will be travelling.
• Running shoes - those heroes who did not collect their running shoes will receive these at a later date to be confirmed..

NEW TERM SCHEDULE
This is the new schedule for the Summer term. There will be some changes after Ramadan when basketball and gymnastics will return together with some new sports!

4:30-5:15 pm - Yoga (Junior) | Under 13 Years

4-5pm - Indoor Cycling | Strictly 12 Years +
Location: Gym Nation, Al Quoz

Tuesday
4:15-5pm - Senior Boxing | Ages 10+
Location: Champs, Al Quoz

5:15-6:15pm - Rugby | Ages 12+
Location: U Pro Lab Sports

Wednesday
4:30-5:15pm - Heroes Tri Cycling | Ages 6-9
Location: Cycology, Sustainable City

5:30-6:30pm - Heroes of Tri Cycling | Ages 12+
Location: Cycology, Sustainable City

Thursday
6-7pm - Senior Athletics | Ages 12+
Location: DIA, Al Barsha

4:40-5:15pm - Yoga (Senior) | Ages 13+
Location: Matcha Club, Al Quoz

Friday
2:30-3:30pm - Swimming | Ages 10+
Location: Dubai College

Saturday - Blocked out for events only

8-9am - Running Club | All Ages

12:30-1:15pm Junior Fitness | Under 12 years
