Background Information
Drama classes for Homeschool Kids 5-7 years old are focused on developing confidence, making friends and learning through play.

Children will experiment with acting out different characters, expressing emotions through facial expressions, voice and movement. Taking place in a beautiful theatre setting and a creative, vibrant community atmosphere, our classes conclude with a showcase performance, giving the children a chance to put what they have learned into practice and gain valuable stage experience in front of an audience in a professional theatre.

Term 2: Body and Voice

For the second term our focus is movement, through games and dance, as well as learning about and practicing the different ways children can use their voices to express themselves.

• Suitable for ages 5 – 7 years old
• Limited participants per class ensuring personalised attention
• Over 10 hours of tuition including stage-time in a professional theatre
• A showcase performance at the Courtyard Playhouse open to your friends and family

Fees: 1,375 AED (9 x 1 hour sessions + Showcase)
Every Tuesday 11:30am-12:30pm

Improv Classes
Would you like your child to be more confident, creative, and spontaneous? Would you like a fun way to teach them to become a better risk-taker, listener, or storyteller?

Whether it’s for performance or just a fun hobby, improvisation skills can make pre-teens more aware of the subtle messages all around them. It can make them respond quicker than they normally would. It can lower the fear level associated with risk-taking and help overcome social anxiety. Besides being useful in every area of life, improvisation is just plain fun and a great way to make life-long friendships!

All of our classes conclude with a showcase in our theatre, giving the students a chance to put what they have learned into practice and gain valuable stage experience in front of an audience in a professional theatre.
