Duration per session: 1 hour | Once you choose your booking option and complete your booking, the company will call you within 1 business day to schedule your class based on your availability.
Background Information
Parts of stretching class:
1. Exercises to warm up the body and smooth preparation for stretching with classical music
2. Stretching exercises of various muscles, their relaxation and stretch out
3. Exercises for individual request, which are necessary for a special sport or for the back pain
4. Pumping of stretched muscles in order to maintain the stretching results (optional, if stretching is only needed to relax muscles and increase mobility, then such exercises are not required) 5. Cool down exercise , reducing muscle tension
6.Homework to do some of the stretching exercises regularly at home for the best result
