Background Information
Program Description: Classes are specifically designed for clients’ needs. Each session takes 50-60 minutes, including warm up, cool down and stretching. Sessions are based on Strength and Conditioning , High Intensity Interval Training, Animal Flow, Functional Training, incorporating breathing techniques, mobility works.
About the Coach:
Born to two P.E. teacher parents, I grew up in sports and played football for 12 years before university. I’m a Fitness Coach and Mechanical Engineer with 20+ years in sports and wellness.
I’ve helped hundreds of people transform their fitness, improve nutrition, and build lasting habits. My training blends calisthenics, movement, mobility, strength work, breathing exercises and mindfulness to create a holistic, engaging approach.
Because I live in both worlds — engineering and fitness — I understand the pressures busy professionals face. This dual perspective helps me design programs that fit real life while improving strength, energy, and balance.
Cancellation Policy
No payment returns after purchase. Sessions can be rescheduled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Cancellation requests made within 12 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.
