Background Information
Seray Çelik, who started her piano education at the age of 5 in 1999, continued her studies for many years with Necati Gülhan, who was a lecturer at Pamukkale University. She continued her education with Necati Gülhan until 2012. After that, she continued her studies with Assoc. Prof. Emine Filiz Yiğit at Doku Eylül University.
She completed her university education at Pamukkale University, Faculty of Music and Performing Arts, with the title of concert pianist as the top student of her department and school. Then, in 2022, she participated in a masterclass in the class of Prof. Robert David Levin at the Mozarteum University, one of the world's most prestigious music schools. She is currently continuing her education in the master's program at Yaşar University, Faculty of Music and Performing Arts.
Seray Çelik has given concerts in various parts of the world, performing the works of many composers such as W.A. Mozart, L.V. Beethoven, R. Schumann, C. Debussy, J.F. Rameau, F. Schubert, F. Chopin, S. Rachmaninoff, J.S. Bach, D. Scarlatti, J. Haydn, F. Say, A. A. Saygun, E. Satie, and more in her repertoire.
Since 2018, she has been particularly involved in teaching piano to young children, having trained approximately 50 students to date. Continuing her career as a concert pianist and piano teacher, Seray Çelik currently has ongoing concert engagements.
