Background Information
Reem is a DHA licensed Clinical Nutritionist/Dietitian with almost 18 years of experience in both her home country and Dubai, UAE. She is also a certified Diabetes Specialist from the UK and she has more than 5 years’ experience in managing diabetic patients. She also focuses on the fact that each person is different and will require a personalised plan to improve their health whether it’s weight loss, chronic condition management or improving lifestyle in general.
She provides programs to manage chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension by providing you with a monitoring device to monitor your readings and track your intake to identify gaps and therefore find solutions to help you manage your condition by improving certain aspects of your lifestyle.
She also offers programs for weight loss which include a body composition analysis tracking device as well continuous tracking to analyse your food intake and therefore provide a diet plan that takes into consideration your current lifestyle, food habits, medical conditions, and preferences to help you reach optimum results.
In addition, she focuses on women’s health in general to help improve their overall wellness through different stages like puberty, pregnancy, post pregnancy as well pre- and post-menopause stages. Since each stage is unique and requires a different set of lifestyle goals, Reem will work closely with you to help you achieve the best outcomes based on your requirements.

Prices are for single sessions only and that includes a diet plan as well as a follow up online session.
We also offer packages focusing on the monitoring programs which are monthly programs which include a session weekly with the dietitian.
