Ozgul has been practicing Yoga for the last 15 years and after she became a yoga teacher she wanted to inspire people about their awareness and create their own way to healthy mind & body, as practicing yoga helps control an individual’s mind, body and soul. It brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind; while increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone, helps managing stress and anxiety and keeps you relaxed. You will learn to let go of stress, find your center, enjoy your own company as well as that of others, and regulate breathing to prolong the vitality of the body and soul.
