Cancellation Policy

1.Cancellation Notice: If you're unable to attend a scheduled lesson, we kindly ask for
at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to reschedule your class and accommodate
your needs effectively (subject to the package chosen).

2.Rescheduling: The cancelled class must be rescheduled within the package
expiration period. We'll work with you to find a suitable replacement time slot based
on instructor availability (subject to the package chosen).

3.Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled class, a
rebooking fee of AED 60 will apply. This fee covers administrative costs associated
with rescheduling the lesson (subject to the package chosen).

4.No-Show Policy: If you don't show up for a scheduled lesson without prior notification,
the class will be considered forfeited, and no refunds or rescheduling options will be
available.

5. Travel Notification: If you anticipate being unable to attend lessons due to travel
plans, please notify us at least two weeks in advance. This allows us to discuss options
for freezing your package until your return (subject to the package chosen).
