Sophie is a qualified childcare professional (NNEB) with over 20 years of experience, supporting and advising parents throughout the key stages of child development. Beginning her career in London, where I had the opportunity to work with many families, to include several high-profile individuals, I subsequently relocated to the UAE where I have now lived since 2008.
She has extensive experience with children between the ages of 0 to 8 years and has also spent several years supporting families with multiples. During this time she studied Breastfeeding Support, Child Nutrition, Post-Natal Depression and Pediatric Sleep, all of which has furthered her knowledge and understanding.
Having a daughter of her own, has given a greater understanding of parenthood, whilst also experiencing all of the joy and challenging times of parenting.
