Kids yoga can be offered in a private session or in a compound setting (group privately organised). The cost for kids yoga in the compound setting or for the playgroup is AED 50 per child, min 5 children.
Background Information
Being a young human being can be very challenging and us as adults and parents have the responsibility to guide and help the future generation through this process. Yoga for children can do this in many ways.
During a typical class, we will be exploring yoga poses through stories and visuals, going on yogic journeys through forests, beaches and on hot air balloons!
We also introduce age appropriate mindfulness and meditation. This is through basic breathing and quieting techniques, and dynamic group exercises designed to plant the seeds of gratitude. These techniques can help improve memory and focus, reduce stress and increase mindfulness.
Classes teach children to go out of their comfort zone, learn to love themselves and their bodies and to confidently approach life in a non-competitive environment.
Note:
Additional AED 50 in case of Private session, if Kate needs to drive more than 15 minutes or the private session is scheduled after 7pm.
Cancellation Policy
Before 24 hours, full refund is given for private sessions. Group sessions can be transferred anytime, but no refund can be given.
