Background Information

Neha is a psychology graduate with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in psychology. She has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for over 5 years, collaborating with various clinics, centers, and families of people of determination. Throughout her career, Neha has completed various trainings and certifications, including Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and coursework, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for all ages. She is currently furthering her qualifications with the Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) coursework and certification.

Neha has experience working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), cerebral palsy, intellectual disabilities, global developmental delays, severe aggressive behaviors, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), phobias, and communication and language delays. She is passionate about working with families who require additional support and improving their quality of life. Neha specializes in teaching non-verbal children to communicate using augmentative and alternative communication methods and American Sign Language (ASL).

She offers a range of services, including initial consultations with assessments, reports, and meetings with parents/caregivers. She provides direct 1:1 therapy based on assessment outcomes, progress review reports, and follow-up meetings with parents/caregivers. Additional services include re-assessments with reports, parent/caregiver training, and school visits for behaviour management in the classroom.

Timings:
Working from Monday-Friday (5 days a week) flexible timeslots between 9:00 am -5:00 pm
1:1 direct therapy in home sessions ranges from 1-2 hours a day
School visits/behavior management: 1hour as required
Parent training: 1 hour as required

Services Details
Initial Consultation
Duration: 30 mins
Meeting parents, answering questions, understanding child’s needs and behaviors, understanding previous medical history, diagnosis etc.

Initial assessment with report and 1 hour parent meeting 
Assessment: 3-4 days
A comprehensive assessment will be conducted along with a report including results, observations and intervention plan. The plan is then discussed with parents/caregivers through the parent/caregiver meeting.

Parent/ Caregiver Training
Duration: 1 hour
Parent training offered to parents/caregivers to implement behavior management strategies with child and strategies are given to foster parent mental well-being.

School visit/ Behavior Management 
Duration: 1 hour
Therapist can visit schools to observe child in classroom setting, consult with teachers, train staff and teachers and implement behavior management strategies for student success.

Cancellation Policy

- If a client requires a cancellation of session, they must inform the therapist 24-hours in advance
