Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice required for cancellations or changes to timings. Cancellation should be during office hours which daily from 8am-6pm. Any changes and cancellation communicated beyond office hours will not be considered and will be replied the next day.

12-23 hours – 50 aed
0-12 hours – 200 aed
Change of timings charges:
24 hours- no charge
12-23 hours – 50 aed
0-12 hours – 100 aed
Transportation Policy
For bookings that are between 10pm-7am, a 50 AED charge to cover transportation fee to be paid additionally.
