10:00–11:00: Warm-up with apparatus, resistance bands, and weights
11:00–11:45: Learning new elements and jumps
11:45–12:05: Break
12:05–1:20: Apparatus practice and music coordination
1:20–1:45: Strength work with apparatus and weights
1:45–2:00: Dance routine block
