•    Makes Initial Evaluation Visit.
•    Assess and chart observations of the patient’s condition each visit.
•    Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs
•    Administer Physician-prescribed medication.
•    Dress or redress wounds and assess the healing progress.
•    Provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies.
•    Coordinate with Physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and other individuals in patient’s care plan.
•    Keep the patient comfortable through palliative care.
•    Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the patient.

For IV Infusion:
•    Administer intravenous (IV) medications, fluids, and treatments to patients, following strict protocol to ensure patient safety and efficacy of treatment.
•    Monitor patient responses during and after infusions, including vital signs and potential adverse reactions, to provide immediate care and adjustments as needed.
•    Educate patients and their families on the infusion process, medication effects, potential side effects, and self-care post treatment to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their care plan.
•    Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols to prevent contamination and ensure patient safety during infusion procedures.
•    Insert, secure, and remove IV catheters and central lines, utilizing best practices to minimize discomfort and prevent infection.
•    Coordinate with pharmacists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust patient care plans based on ongoing assessment and patient feedback.
•    Document all patient care activities, observations, and outcomes accurately and comprehensively in patient medical records to ensure continuity of care.
•    Participate in research studies related to infusion therapy, contributing to the development of best practices and advancements in infusion nursing
