NeoHealth provides home based physiotherapy assessments and treatments for individuals who prefer treatment at home, are unable to attend a clinic due to reduced mobility, are unable to travel at all or lack the time to attend a clinic appointment.
Home visits allow NeoHealth physiotherapists the opportunity of assessing patients in their own environment. The specific problems they may have as a result of their condition may be identified and addressed. Treatments are provided in the privacy of the home and can restore a patient's independence. Many conditions are suitable for home treatments. Post-operative conditions e.g. hip/knee replacement surgery, building up after COVID-19 or other illnesses. Neurological conditions e.g. Stroke, Parkinson’s, MS. Musculoskeletal conditions e.g. Acute back pain and fractures. Loss of/decreased mobility, function and falls. Paediatric Physiotherapy e.g. Developmental Delay, Cerebral Palsy, Downs Syndrome.
