Background Information
Coach's Name: Nona Grigori Harutyunyan
Nationality: Armenian

Born in Armenia, where Music and Fine Arts thrive as center stone of social fabric, she got inspired to learn the violin when she first heard her mother play the instrument. As a result, she formally commenced music classes when she was 8 years old, receiving tuition in both violin and piano.

She participated in the Young Musician Republic Competition, where young musicians from all Armenia came to complete and took the 4th place when she was 11 years old.
Whilst studying at the Yerevan State Conservatory under Komitas, she was also playing in National Jazz orchestra. Later joined Radio Symphonic and Chamber orchestras and graduated as an Instrumental teacher and orchestral performer. In 2010, she became the Concert Master of UAE Philharmonic Orchestra.

As a teacher, she train students for all levels of ability and prepare students for the violin ABRSM AND TRINITY examinations. She has a firm belief that every child should have an opportunity to learn a musical instrument and reap the rewards that this experience offers.
