Mansi Parmar has extensive experience of more than 11 years in the field of Speech and Language, Feeding & Swallowing therapy in the paediatric population. She obtained her educational credentials from one of the most renowned colleges and Hospitals of India (Topiwala National Medical College and BYL. Nair Hospital, Mumbai;1st institute to start with Speech therapy in India) and was 3rd ranked university topper.
She has also worked in the biggest Hospital setups, NICU and MICU as a feeding therapist providing Oro-motor therapy, assessing, diagnosing, and planning effective individual need-based treatments.
She is certified in FEES (Fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing), and dye test/VFSS/MBS (modified barium swallow) and proides diagnosis and rehabilitative services for dysphagia management (NG Tube feed, Peg tube feed, tracheostomy management, suctioning and tube weaning).
During her tenure, she had opportunities to work with private clinical setups, schools for special needs children and NGO’s wherein she has treated children with Childhood Language Disorder, Neurological Speech language disorder (Dyspraxia, Apraxia, Childhood aphasia, Cerebral palsy etc) Articulation Disorder and Childhood stuttering and Voice Disorders.
