Important Notice for Clients:
The 12-lesson package requires sessions twice a week.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
We value your commitment and understand that plans may change unexpectedly. Please notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. If you cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled lesson, a 30% charge will apply. For cancellations within 1 hour or less of the lesson, a 50% charge will apply. In case of emergency situations, which need to be substantiated, none of these charges will apply and no fee will be charged. This policy helps us maintain a fair and effective schedule for all our clients. Thank you for your cooperation.
